P: Population: The underserved population in a community setting in Phoenix, Arizona.
I: Intervention: Distribute oral health care kits, including educational information, to the underserved population.
C: Compare the baseline self-survey of those who accepted an oral health care kit to their post-survey at eight weeks.
O:
- Impact on oral health care kit from the self-survey (baseline and at eight weeks).
- Did the participant(s) use the kit? (Yes or No)
- Demographic data: Gender, Age, Residency (Apt? Home? Other?)
T: Timeline: Eight weeks. Oral health care kits will be distributed on the first day or two, and data will be collected from participants on week eight.

Inclusion Criteria:
- Underserved population
- Adults equal or over 18 years old
Exclusion Criteria:
- People not attending community settings and/or project location
- Less than 18 years old

- Was the kit beneficial
